Flopy floor lamp

This postmodern floor lamp was designed in the Memphis style by Czech designer Hans von Klier and manufactured by Bilumen in Italy. This circa 1980 Flopy floor lamp uses a halogen light bulb, the height is 170 cm with a 30 cm base. It is offered in very good condition with minimal signs of age and use.

Von Klier worked in the studio of Ettore Sottass before becoming head of the Von Klier Associati Design Group. He won many awards for his future-orientated designs and judged many international design competitions.
